🌿 Write & Connect: An NVC Journaling Workshop

In this 2.5-hour afternoon session, we’ll explore how words can become bridges—bridges between thoughts and feelings, between confusion and clarity, between who we seem to be and who we truly are.

Through the lens of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), we’ll practice meeting ourselves with Needs Consciousness—not to fix or improve, but to reconnect with the wholeness already within.

Bring: a real-life question that matters to you, a notebook, and a pen. Together, we’ll practice the art of embracing ourselves through writing.

Who this is for

  • Listen more deeply to your inner world through writing
  • Use NVC consciousness to relate to yourself with care
  • Find a clearer sense of purpose and direction

🌸 No writing experience needed—only a willingness to be present with yourself.

Charlie Wu is a corporate coach, personal coach, and professional interpreter dedicated to cross-cultural communication, emotional awareness, and organizational growth. With over a decade of experience in marketing and coaching, she has supported teams and individuals across industries to express with greater awareness and empathy amid change.
